LAP is responsible for operating the Grateful Paw Cat Shelter.

All cats are vet checked, FELV and FIV tested, spayed or neutered and inoculated prior to adoption.

The Grateful Paw Cat Shelter is located at 104 Deposit Rd., E. Northport, NY 11731

Come visit us Tuesday – Friday, 12:30 pm – 4:30 pm or Saturday – Sunday, noon – 4 pm.

Volunteers walk and temperament test dogs as well as help match the right dog to the right people.

The shelter is open Monday – Friday, 8 am – 6 pm and Saturday – Sunday, 9 am – 4 pm.
